How to get the ground transportation service from airport at your arrival?

Select your terminal below to see step-by-step instructions.

This is a brief information process to take the Kalido Travel Shuttle to your resort.

Once you get off the plane, (please ask to confirm that you are in the terminal 1 NATIONAL),

After you land:

  1. 1 Clear immigration.
  2. 2 Get your bags.
  3. 3 Clear Customs.
  4. 4 Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last set of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE.
  5. 5 For this terminal you will be on the plane arrival platform, take the ramp to the first floor and walk to the glass door to get inside the terminal building.
  6. 6 Continue straight down walking to the arrivals luggage bands, which are right in front of you, check the screens over each band to find your arrival flight number and airline, in that band you will get your luggage.
  7. 7 Once you have your luggage continue walking to the exit and go through a glass door, keep walking straight to the end of the aisle, in this area you will find our team Kalido Travel…
Terminal 1 national map

When you get off the plane, (please ask to confirm that you are in the terminal 2 NATIONAL),

After you land:

  1. 1 Clear immigration.
  2. 2 Get your bags.
  3. 3 Clear Customs.
  4. 4 Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last set of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE.
  5. 5 For this terminal you have two options, 1. you will arrive in front of the terminal building or 2. they will take you by an airport bus to the terminal building), go through a large aisle until you find a revolving door.
  6. 6 Continue straight walking to the arrivals luggage bands, check the screens over each band to find your arrival flight number and airline, in that band you will get your luggage.
  7. 7 Keep walking to the exit and go through a glass automatic door, keep walking straight, in this area you will see many car rental, taxi desks & time share agents (please ignore them), continue walking and you will see at right hand a glass automatic door to shuttles area, go through this door, in this area you will find our Kalido Travel...

After you land:

  1. 1 Clear immigration.
  2. 2 Get your bags.
  3. 3 Clear Customs.
  4. 4 Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last sets of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE.
  5. 5 Go outside of the building, where there is no air conditioning, as a reference, once outside and head to where there are 2 large palm trees and in this area you will find our team Kalido Travel...

After you land:

  1. 1 Clear immigration.
  2. 2 Get your bags.
  3. 3 Clear Customs.
  4. 4 Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last set of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE.
  5. 5 Continue walking through the last glass automatic door, and continue straight ahead close to AIR MARGARITAVILLE, in this area you will find our team Kalido Travel…
Terminal 3 international map
This is a brief information process to take the Kalido Travel Shuttle to your resort.

Once you get off the plane, (please ask to confirm that you are in the terminal 4 INTERNATIONAL),

After you land:

  1. 1 Clear immigration.
  2. 2 Get your bags.
  3. 3 Clear Customs.
  4. 4 Exit customs: take your left, walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, pass two more sets of sliding doors, walk until you reach the TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE exit on the left-hand side.
  5. 5 WARNING: Do NOT go through the last FAMILY AND FRIENDS exit, as it will take you straight to the PIRATES! If you do, we cannot get you back.
  6. 6 REMEMBER: The door marked TOUR OPERATOR & HOTEL SHUTTLE on the left-hand side is the correct one! Go through it and walk along to where the toilets (washrooms) are located and look to the right and you will see a COLUMN WITH THE LETTER C and in this area you will find our team Kalido Travel…
