Regulations:

(Pick up time will depend on your hotel and will be confirmed on the confirmation, pick up is usually at the lobby but the location may be at a certain location close by)Minimum age: 6 years
Child rate applies from 6 to 11 years (Age must be proved by presenting identification upon boarding the transportation or at the park's ticket office. If no identification is shown, child rate will apply only to minors with a height between 3 ft and 4 ft 6 in.)
Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia
At Xplor and Xplor Fuego, to guarantee your safety and to ensure that harnesses are comfortable and fit each of our visitors correctly, a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) is required, and a maximum weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). The maximum circumference of the harness around the waist is 51 in (130 cm) and 27 in (70 cm) around each leg.
In the case of children, the harness must fit properly. If it doesn't, for their own safety, they won't be able to do the activity.
Please, remember the following information: you MUST PRINT the COUPON and SHOW it to the REP and at the TICKET BOOTH of the PARK, or to the TOUR OPERATOR along with the following documents in order to provide the service. If they don´t show the required documentation, THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
